Joni has been a purveyor of fine ingredients to the confectionery industry for thirty years. Stern Ingredients, Inc. was founded in 1990 and has served almost every major confectionery company in the US. 

Joni also acts as a Food Business Consultant specializing in innovation, availability of products and personnel.
